Find your size
Two measurements are all you need: a soft tape measure and two minutes. Measure directly against skin or over unlined underwear, tape level and snug but not tight.
How to measure
Band: around your ribcage, directly under your bust. Bust: around the fullest part of your bust. Hips: around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Bras
| Band size | Underbust (in) | Underbust (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| 30 | 26–28 | 66–71 |
| 32 | 28–30 | 71–76 |
| 34 | 30–32 | 76–81 |
| 36 | 32–34 | 81–86 |
| 38 | 34–36 | 86–91 |
| 40 | 36–38 | 91–97 |
Cup size is the difference between your bust and band measurements: 1 in ≈ A, 2 in ≈ B, 3 in ≈ C, 4 in ≈ D, 5 in ≈ DD/E.

Between sizes?
For bras, size down in the band and up in the cup (a 34B between sizes → try 32C). For panties, size up — our fabrics are soft, but nobody has ever complained that a waistband was too gentle.
